Pearl Jam Twenty - Blu-Ray DVD for $11.99 + free shipping
Cameron Crowe's affectionate documentary Pearl Jam Twenty details the tumultuous history, and pre-history, of one of the most iconic grunge bands to emerge from the fertile Seattle music scene of the late '80s. Culled from hundreds of hours of private footage, as well as from extensive interviews with band members Eddie Vedder, Jeff Ament, Mike McCreedy, and Stone Gossard, the movie begins by explaining the forces that turned Seattle into such a musical hotbed, and then discusses the death of Andy Wood, the lead singer of Mother Love Bone and how that tragedy led to the formation of Pearl Jam. The film covers the group's quick rise to the top of the rock world, the tensions that developed in the band, and their memorable attempts to battle Ticketmaster over their inflated prices. Pearl Jam Twenty played at the 2011 Toronto International Film Festival. ~ Perry Seibert, Rovi

Nice price, but if you're a netflix subscriber, you can stream this.
But "True" PJ fans would want to own this for their collection.... Great price for BluRay. And this documentary was the best film on PJ. All the old footage back to their 2nd ever show was great.
(know I’m gonna get downvoted for this) I wasn’t that impressed with this movie really. It was OK, but I actually like the Foo Fighters doc – Back & Forth – a lot better. Musically, I love PJ, but just didn’t think 20 was super-interesting…
@mossmanfromheman: I have to agree.
I have really loved this band's music since their first album, and every show I have been to has been pure magic. I have considered them my favorite band for 20 years & went to see this movie in the theater the day it came out, but I walked out a bit disappointed.
As a lifetime PJ fan I did enjoy the documentary but if you are looking for a concert like experience like some other bands have done you will be disappointed(or try "Immagine in Cornice"). This is a more autobiographical history on PJ. It does not get into details of how they write music or even group dynamics, in fact this is mostly one on one interviews with individual band members.
That being said it tells an interesting story for casual pearl jam fan or even just any 90's music fan.
This is also available at Amazon.com for the same price of $11.99.
If you have Amazon Prime, you can get this with free shipping. If you live outside of the Seattle area, you will not be charged any tax.
