I guess the refurb is an option if there is no Meijer store nearby and/or the $10 difference is worth having to wait a week for apple to ship it to you.

Technically if you want to save an Additional 10% off your IPAD2 or any purchase you could open a Meijer Credit Account at the register and get the 10% off. I personally did not need another credit card when I got my wife and brother their IPAD2's for $429.00 each but I could have saved $94.00.
