It's actually $149 with the $50 giftcard online as well. The giftcard can only be used on walmart.com, however.

It was $199.00 when I posted it. I'm glad they're matching the in-store price now.

In for one! Nothing in stores locally, so I had to do it online. Sweet deal though.

I just scored one while at a Walmart in New Albany, IN. They gave me a $50 in store gift card. The two games in the bundle are worthless and there is no hard drive, but its still a good value. Now I just have to wait for the add on hard drives to be clearanced.

I think this will happen soon because microsoft has discontinued all current white and black 360 units as of E3. The new model hits stores this Friday and its hard drive is built in. Higher price tag too. So I've read.

I wouldn't recommend getting the microsoft hard drive unless you find them on clearance. You're far better off storing your profile on the onboard storage (256mb) and then using a 16GB USB drive as your storage device. You can interchange them as often as you want and they're way cheaper than the options that MS will give you.

Already have a 360 but it's really tempting to get another one, especially since I have various HDDs and flash drives lying around in my room (including two MS branded 20 GB 360 HDDs).

Also, this deal has been posted already. Should be on the next page.

Finally, Amazon is offering pretty much the same thing. You get a $50 game credit + their free shipping, etc. If you were going to buy games (which you should), Amazon's the way to go because of their much better game prices.

P.S. BKNB and Viva Pinata may be worthless, but they're great! Viva Pinata is a great kiddie game that has a lot of depth and playtime for the older players. Banjo Kazooie: N&B is pretty much a Lego builder with wacky parts and without the limitations of Legos. I think they're two of the best games this console generation. They both should have sold much better.

If you do not want to use the egift card on walmart.com, then use it to buy a regular gift card through walmart.com. Free shipping, then you can use it online or in the store.

Went to walmart and picked one up. Even sweeter, because I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to show up, they gave me 10% off!

Great deal, though I'm expecting older Xboxes to get really cheap once the new model announced at E3 comes out.

@rec17988: Is right. They announced that the Arcade would drop $50 due to the release of the updated 360.

I've had an arcade for a year and a half now and I put one of those NYKO Intercooler II's on it. It snaps on the back, has it's own power supply, and really moves more air through the console to keep it cooler and avoid the RROD. The 2nd generation Intercooler does not use power from the console to power it, which was a problem with overheating in the initial Intorcooler.

Walmart store refused to match the $50 gift card that is offered online. Phooey! Went across the street to Target. Target had it for $150, plus a $50 gift card. Also, in my area (Minneapolis/St.Paul) Target erroneously said in their newspaper ad that this comes with a wireless headset, to make up for it, they dropped the price further to $130!!! $130 w/ a $50 giftcard = Xbox for $80! Yeah!

picked one of these up, good find.

Got one and picked up Battlefield: Bad Company for 15 bucks.
