Usually anything like a USB hub will be compatible with almost anything & since it works with Vista, your probably totally safe.

I actually bought the exact same model a month ago. The ports tend to be loose, one was completely DoA, the included power is insufficient to even use more than three or sometimes two passive, low drain devices, let alone any fancy gadgets like USB breast warmers (which is actually somewhat confusing and may have been a loose wire, because the power from my computer alone should have been plenty.) Huge waste of the $4.27 I paid with shipping.

The reviews on Amazon were largely negative; many to do with insufficient power provided by the ac adapter.

You can buy this exact same item on eBay for significantly less. And if the included 5V, 1A power supply isn't sufficient, you can buy a more powerful adapter on eBay as well.

I bought this exact same hub on ebay at least 6 months ago. It has been the best and cheapest USB hub I have owned. It has sufficient power to run a readyboost flash drive, charge 2 smartphones (an iPhone and BB Tour), and power a 500gb Passport drive all simultaneously.

I was skeptical at first, since the seller was based in China, but it has far surpassed my expectations.

That being said, the build quality is a bit low. It doesn't feel fragile, but excessive use/abuse could possibly lead to it falling apart. Also, 2 of the ports are on the back, which is kind of annoying.
