This is such a great game - and a great deal. I have it on my X-box but this deal almost makes me want to download it onto my PC.

vote-for0vote-against

Ditto. Totally worth the 4 bucks. I'm in.

vote-for1vote-against

This game is totally worth $4...especially for the PC version.

vote-for0vote-against

does no one notice that this is listed as free shipping but its a digital download?

vote-for2vote-against

@lupedog: Indeed. Free shipping indicates that the price listed is the price you're paying. You feel that I shouldn't have flagged it as such?

vote-for2vote-against

A very entertaining and different experience. Get this, you won't be disappointed.

vote-for3vote-against

Last time I checked this was 1200 MS points, which means it costs....well, I can never figure out how much anything costs on XBL.

In for one. $4 has to be cheaper than the going rate from M$.

vote-for3vote-against

@mgherter: 1200 points is 15 bucks I think; iirc it's $10 = 800 points.

Also, if you have a 360 wired controller the game will recognize it immediately.

vote-for1vote-against

Can you play this using a controller on your PC or must you use a keyboard?

vote-for3vote-against

DRM free, for those who care like me.

vote-for1vote-against

@jlmgr19827: Check the comment right above yours. :P

vote-for1vote-against

I don't have a 360 wired controller. I have a Logitech something or other. I didn't know that you could hook a 360 controller up to a PC.

vote-for0vote-against

@thesporkwithin: wasn't calling you out, just pointing out an irony

vote-for1vote-against

@thesporkwithin: Yeah, I was being snarky - why can't they just say "It costs $15?" I don't understand the reason MS points even exist, beyond ubfuscating prices. I suppose saying "this T-shirt for that dumb avatar nobody cares about costs 80 MS points" is an easier sell than "this T-shirt for that dumb avatar costs $1".

vote-for3vote-against

@mgherter: Yeah, it's about nickel and diming people. If you have to buy in set amounts you always end up with a little left over, making you more likely to buy something cheap but worthless. I'm sure you already know this, and I agree, it's really stupid.

@jlmgr19827: Hmm, I can't vouch for other controllers, but since it recognizes controller input from the 360 controller, there's probably a way?

@lupedog: No problem. I don't really know what the customs are for deal postings, I just figured I'd check the free shipping box since I didn't pay for shipping. :P

There was I thinking it was a video game based on the life and times of Bob Nanna, with a sequel in the works called Hey Mercedes.

Just me? I'll be off then.

vote-for1vote-against

Damn, I kinda wish I wish I didn't buy this on Xbox.
Great deal for those who don't have it. This is a amazing puzzle game.

vote-for1vote-against

this game is so bad @ss.

i have it on my PS3 (XBOX sucks, you guys can't even figure out how much you paid because Microsoft mind f**ks you with their point conversions, plus i have free multiplayer and blu-ray, and i have wi-fi without buying the new slim 360). i don't understand why people buy XBOX (unless you play console specific games, e.g. Halo).

Great price, but would rather have it on a console.

ONLY WIRED XBOX 360 controllers work. The wireless with the wire plugged in will NOT work. For use with Windblows that is.

vote-for1vote-against

forgot to add: Linux FTW!

and since there are a lot of XBOX people commenting, check out Geometry Wars in the Arcade collection. Soooo sick, I almost bought an XBOX solely for it, but opted for the Windows version, which is TERRIBLE.

I downloaded "Zombie Driver" instead, it was only $2.50. Looks really fun, can't wait to try. You also get a free download of a Volvo driving simulator, for new customers only. Click "my games" for the free Volvo sim.

Fantastic game, easily worth full price but an absolute no-brainer for this cheap. If you have any interest in platformers or puzzle games and don't already own it, buy it without question.

vote-for1vote-against

@m4r1ju4n4: Actually, wireless Xbox360 controllers will work, too; I was playing Braid with one, just today. ($4 really is a great deal.)

Note, however, that for a wireless Xbox360 controller to work in Windows, you need the wireless receiver for Windows. The play and charge kit cable is for power, only, and will not connect it as a controller. I just bought a "Microsoft Xbox 360 Wireless Controller for Windows" (includes a wireless controller and receiver), on Amazon, for $40: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002TIW7OI/

vote-for1vote-against

can you buy this game and add it to your steam account?

vote-for1vote-against

@akaremy: Short answer: No. Long answer: You can add just about any game to Steam's launcher, which will give you access to the Steam overlay and voice chat in the game, but it will not integrate with Steam for purposes of achievements, multiplayer or communities, nor will you be able to redownload the game from Steam if you uninstall it.

vote-for2vote-against

think this might be expired. site says 9.95

vote-for1vote-against

@stormywoot: Yep; the sale's over, now.
