I love Correlle. I still have my first set and it is over 20 years old. I am glad that they changed the style on the cups.

It is interesting they call these plates. They are just red dinner rings to ensnare your food.

It definitely looks better in the black version of this design or with a completely different design (at least to me). But I have learned that everyone has different tastes and hopefully, someone might like this design.

If this design doesn't appeal, there are quite a few more patterns for just under 30. I bought all my Corelle for 50 per set, so it's still a good deal. And these plates are GREAT. You have to be practically trying break one to do it! I have a klutz of a husband, 3 silly cats, and friends in and out like my place was a frathouse. I have not had a broken plate in 7 years. And even if I did, they are very easy to replace. Corelle takes a beating day to day and still look like nice lightweight pretty plates for holidays. I love mine and recommend them to anyone.

That last zombie apocalypse cut me short on records and other random junk around the house..I guess I'll have to stock up on these instead...

These would give me OCD fits if I had them. I wouldn't be able to use them without the plate turned so the lines are perfectly horizontal or vertical... /c:
