40 piece is in stock for me, but Standard Shipping is $9.50 (not $4.95 as OP said)... makes this a lot less of a deal. Maybe shipping is by location so it's cheaper to some places?

Also, a personal woot pet peeve - please put shipping in the title whenever possible, not just the description.
