The Chef's Choice Model 112: Electric Black 3-stage Knife Sharpener is based on micron sized diamonds to create a strong triple bevel edge which is ultrahoned to "better than factory" sharpness. No experience w/the seller but the sharpener is a good one. Always top ranked by America's Test Kitchen and a decent price on this offer. Sharpening is $4 per knife at the local farmers market. I have older version of the same & it has served me well.
