Can this do cool halftones like the shirt kids do?

Note that version 19.05 is out now. This is 17, which is an older version that seems to have been designed primarily for XP. If run on Win 7 or Vista it temporarily disables Aero, but otherwise reportedly works OK.
Looks like the price is right though.
