Yes. With Amazon if you purchase it now, you'll pay the price shown now.

And FWIW I've also had them merely place a temporary hold (for the amount of the purchase) on my credit card for the payment amount, but not actually charge me until they can ship the item.

if i was to buy it, even tho it's out of stock, will i only be charged the $3.99 when it gets restocked?
