I was disappointed. When I read "double-layered," I took it as "one pizza, with a second pizza on top of it."

That doesn't seem to be the case.

Being a part-time employee of this establishment, I'm moved to post.

It's like a double rainbow of pepperoni. A layer of regular ol' pepperoni, then cheese, then other more different (read: Bigger/rounder) pepperoni. It's like ordering any old pepperoni pizza. Seriously.

This is NOT a deal--or at least, not a new deal. Papa Johns has had a national $11.00 "any way you want it" (up to 7 toppings) online promotional for the past several months. Did someone seriously just figure out that this could be customized into a double-pepperoni pizza? (sigh)

Also, for those of you who might be tempted to lecture about the fundamental difference between a double-pepperoni double-layer pepperoni pizza (in the later, there is a layer of cheese between the layers of pepperoni): All you have to do is type that request into the "special comments" box when you place the order.... :-|
