@undrpsi: Yes, the Golden Collection cartoons are all gloriously unedited. However, as I recall, the discs start with an unskippable disclaimer about how some of these cartoons "are not now, and never were appropriate", but that's the worst of it.

I would buy this if it was the entire collection that was aired when my parents, and even when I was a kid. I hate that we're pretending these cartoons never existed. Yes Bugs was in a bra, yes he had a shotgun pointed at his head, yes it is a cartoon

One of my pet peeves is when they make a cartoon "PC"...like watching Elmer unload at Daffy and Bugs is gonna make me go on a killing spree...it twists my knickers when they do this. I understand some of the more radical racial ones that came out during WWII....but they still should be available uncut somewhere.

Just my .02....but...anyone know if these are edited?

I just found the same set in Costco for 79.99 two days ago. Available in-store only.

Questions: Will the Blu-Ray Platinum sets contain all the cartoons that were on the DVD Golden Collection, or will Warner excise the uncensored stuff? Also, will the Platinum sets include the remainder of the Looney Tunes catalog that the Golden sets didn't complete? Only time will tell. I guess. But in the meantime, this really is a great price on the Golden Collection and your kids deserve a shot at seeing what TV won't touch.

Not worth it, you can't see the pencil/eraser marks.
