$7.99 for shipping added. If it does the job they say, it is well worth it. I don't have any experience with this type of product, but I do need to repair worn color patch fairly soon and would love to find a product that would to it rather than make it any worse. Anyone?

@klozitshoper: Is the spot just faded, or is there a hole? PM me, I do leather crafting and repair as a hobby, I may be able to help. This sort of product does work, but takes some skill to get just right.

@pickypickypicky: It is worn. The sofa is a darker yellow. The color has worn off in one place on the upper back where the material forms a back/neck rest area. I wear a gold necklace pretty much all of the time, and from sitting there (my favorite spot), the color has rubbed off I guess you would say. I posted a deal of my own on a product which I did not buy and did not obviously try - thought I would but was afraid of making it worse. My lazy-person solution has been to drape a throw over the top!

@klozitshoper: Both this product, and the one you posted are better at repairing tears. What you need is to re-color and seal the area. Yellow is a tough color to match, so YMMV, but I recommend this product. http://www.cobblersupplies.com/servlet/the-1151/Angelus-Acrylic-Leather-Dye/Detail
If you are lucky enough to see a color match when you scroll down to the chart, then you are good to go. If not, colors can be mixed, but then your artistic abilities come into play. Worse case scenario, if you don't like the way it looks, you can remove it, and go back to the way it was. It is very important to prep the surface first. I will return in a bit with info on that part.

@klozitshoper: Ah, finally found it. You need to use this to prep the surface first:

it will also remove the coloring if you don't like the result. This company also carries the leather color, and has a nicer color chart. http://www.dharmatrading.com/html/eng/10144517-AA.shtml
I have not ordered from this company, so I cannot vouch for them, it was just a handy way to show you exactly what to buy. If you decide you want to try it, I will help you through the project, and send you more info. I can tell you this is a great product, and very easy for even a novice to use.
