we had a horrible experience with JCP.com recently. We ordered two changing table sheets for our baby boy and it took over 2 months to ship! The running joke around the house was he was going to be out of diapers by the time they arrived.

The product said it ships within 1 week on the site. Customer service was rude and accusatory saying we misread the lead time, but it was right there in black & white. Then they stopped responding to our subsequent emails.

JCP couldn't provide any lead time, tracking numbers, answers, discounts, apologies or solutions.

This was a terrible experience overall and I refuse to use jcp.com ever again.
