I tried to find if this is an apple refurb or not (it almost certainly isn't or it would come with the 1 year apple warrenty, no?) so newegg is your better deal. $10 cheaper and free shipping.

Apple refurbished(includes 1yr warranty) : $339
Woot 294.99 +44.99 + 5 = 344.98

Apple new: $389

So either save $40 off of new apple price, or pay $5.98 MORE for a non apple refurb with a non apple warranty.
YMMV.

The new egg unit is a refurb and in the quick info bar lists the warranty company:
