Yes. Because everybody needs a remote control with a bottle opener on it. How about a bottle opener with a remote on it? Naw, that would just be stupid, right?

Truth be told, an experienced alcoholic should be able to open a beer with normal remote. Alcoholics are like life in in Jurassic Park, they uh, find a way (Ian Malcom voice).
