Is this coupon code good for only today?

I couldn't find an answer to this on their website. Does anyone know what type of lenses they offer?

I don't suppose you can buy a tinted, polarizing coating to make these sunglasses.

Just ordered three pair for $18.00. WOOT! We'll see how it goes. A few things....

(1) There are a limited number of frames at this price point (maybe 10).
(2) Most of those are female frames. I think there were 3 or 4 total that were either unisex or male.
(3) One of the pairs also had a small width, more appropriate for an older child.

My existing glasses weren't at all labeled on the frame like the website described, so I had to do my own measurements. Plenty of instructions on the website to help. Needless to say, the frames I ordered didn't have the exact measurements of my current glasses, but it should be close enough at $6.00 a pair. Also, the second you add tinting, specialized lenses, lighter weight lenses, etc... the price climbs quickly. The price on this deal is for very bare bones glasses selected from a very limited number of frames.

hth,
jeff

@thefenst: Awesome. That gives me time to get my glasses tested to determine the prescription. Hopefully LensCrafters still does that for free.

Thanks for the link man.

You should be able to get a copy of your original Rx from the optician or store that sold you your last pair. One of the most important numbers to get is your PD - pupillary distance. It is rarely on the Rx, with the store measuring you at the time of purchase. Do not attempt to do it yourself. The store and the optician (ophthalmologist, optometrist or whatnot) must provide that info to you.

I've done this with ZenniOptical.com with good success for myself and daughter. It is a bit unnerving to do this over internet, wait for it to be shipped from China and then pray that everything fits. Yet, I've not had a single problem. My ophthalmologist agreed that everything was excellent quality and a superb value. I'd suggest comparison shopping on this, but if you have pretty simple needs, I can't imagine beating it.

I order my glasses online from another shop and have had no problems ever in fact once I entered my prescription incorrectly and they contacted me to make sure it was correct

Husband ordered his glasses after seeing this deal, they arrived yesterday. Very pleased overall with the product. Great price (even with the $30 lens upgrade he opted for), fast shipping, great instructions on the site for how to input your script information. We'll definitely keep this company in mind in the future.

was very impressed with the time in which they turned my order out! Having waited what seemed like forever last time I ordered glasses online, was expecting more of the same, but these guys banged them out in no time! Will be going back to them in the future =)

Received my frames a few days a go,

and very nice overall. Each pair (I ordered three) came with a case, lens cloth and screwdriver kit. Total cost was $18.00 and change, and that included shipping. I wish I picked up a couple more pair at this price, as it would have kept me in glasses for many years to come.

Great deal!
