I'm not generally a huge fan of follow along programs but this one does what it says. The diet is easy to follow, the workouts are actually a lot of fun, and BJ progressively makes the workouts harder. So, when you're getting good at the first section it's time to change it up and go on to the next where the workouts are more challenging but still doable. Plus, there's a ridiculous amount of bonus workouts outside the main program so you won't be getting bored anytime soon.
