The 7" frames (including this one) have a 480 x 234 resolution. 8" frames have a MUCH higher 800 x 600 resolution for their size. I suspect pictures on this will be really mushy looking.

Can't vouch for the quality of the frame I'm mentioning, but TigerDirect consistently has an 8" Viewsonic 800x600 frame for $30-35. Just a little more money, with a higher resolution screen. Today it's $34.99:
