Where is a list of participating small businesses?

Screw that. I shouldn't have to register in a special way for Amex to know I shopped at one of the Small Businesses they have listed. And no, I couldn't find the list of registered small businesses either.

@sdanrich: So you're saying if you have a rewards program with your credit card, let's say Discover, and you have to sign up for 5% off for fuel, groceries, etc., you won't do that? I only wish I was independently wealthy like you, so I wouldn't care about saving money, ever! BTW, it's Amex, not some fly-by-night outfit!!

deal is good until dec 31st. still cant find participating stores but terms just say small business that excepts AMEX
