I think you meant to say FREE meal for Vets, not FREE meal from Vets. Just sayin.

Well, the odds are that some of the folks who own at work at Olive Garden are vets. But you are probably right. :)

Dang - I thought I was going to have a veterinarian buy me a free meal.

@munkeyciao: limited menu. Like you can't order the most expensive thing on the menu, or 5 less expensive things. Not like, grapefruit and waffles with tartar sauce.

I hope it's not served as an MRE! ;-)

Interesting, most of the food at olive garden tastes like it came from the freezer in the back of the veterinarian's office.

@curtisuxor: still? I haven't been to one in a few years... for that reason. Well, free makes it taste better. Maybe. :-D

Looks to be the most lenient , or have the most options to prove you are ma veteran.

The braised beef option was actually pretty good... at least what I ate of it after stuffing myself on salad. Service was great, and they handed out free $10 gift cards as an added bonus (not sure if all locations are doing that)! Worth your while if you haven't stuffed yourself on other freebies today. :-)

Had to skip it. Was too stuffed with Texas Roadhouse, Chilis, Applebees and Subway. :-)
