Game was ported over from original version to be played on newer PCs, never heard of it the first time, figure for free, might as well try it out.

For the paranoid among us: Because anyone could take an old game, add malware, and repost it to the web. According to Wikipedia, Remedy Games is the Finnish developer of the Max Payne series and Death Rally. The website where the file is hosted matches the link from Wikipedia.
