I have the 33967 model (http://amzn.to/IMKqk8), and love it. Not sure of the difference with this model. I haven't had any of the issues with it shutting itself off that some reviewers complain of.

EDIT: Looks the same, except for the temperature probe that the 33967 comes with. If it is, then this is a pretty good deal.
