doesnt work.
Houston, Tx, does not work for me either
Not a fan of Papa John's ever since I read the story of the pizza delivery dude that called the cops after delivering a pizza because he "smelled pot" at the house he delivered. The company backed the drivers' actions.
Ummm, do you guys understand where a big portion of your business comes from?
@addixon: I called one of the local Papa Johns the other day during the FREEDAY promotion debacle, and the girl said all three local stores were franchise owned, and seemed to imply that they don't have anything to do with most codes. I asked about the CANIACS code as well, for the day after the Hurricanes win a game, and she didn't know about that either. Tough luck for us, I guess. Next time you're in the triangle, though, you should have better luck.
No in WA.
why is this on the site?? ReeeMoooove!
@kinderdm: I think the first Papa John's was in Clarksville.
Fool me once, shame on me. Fool me twice, shame on you.
Doesn't work LA, CA.
Maybe from now on the OP can post their own location on Papa John's deals...
None of their restaurants near my home. When on vacation wasted a half hour trying to get them to answer the phone so I could place an order (7:50-8:20 PM on a Tuesday). Kids were starving so gave up and called competition located across the street from them. Immediate answer and at the hotel room door in less than 25 minutes. Never again they're to busy to want my business.
@offgridmanpolktn: One time, I had to wait 25 minutes to get seated at a restaurant! Never again, now I just goto McDonald's drive thru for every meal.
One time, I was at McDonalds and waited over 30 minutes for my order. Never again, now I just eat at home.
@rockaby: One time, I had to wait for my water to boil. Never again, now I just quit eating pasta.
You do realize that it's quite ridiculous to base each and every store off of one experience. I understand "the principle" of it, but really. The local Papa Johns store where I live is very helpful and prompt, even when they're very busy.
@bmacfarlane: if it makes you feel any better, when I worked at pizza hut we were all either high or drunk.
@sumtallguy: That's because Papa John's loves Louisville. :)
No go in Atlanta, GA.
Does not work in Toledo, OH.
You think it's humorous that I should choose not to patronize a business based on a bad experience. I would wager that you are the kind of people that don't bother to vote because your one vote can't make any difference. In our corporate controlled society and political system the only power that we have comes from the choices we make. Where we spend our money and what we vote for. It would be a betrayal of myself to spend my money at a business that treats me that way. What you see as futility is actually the only control that we have in our lives.
PS When putting myself through college I also spent every shift at pizza slut stoned, but I was also the most requested cook at the restaurant. Someday you may realize that the only good in our lives comes from how we choose to live it. :-)
no worky in Fort Walton Beach FL
Already mentioned by some, but it does indeed work in Louisville. Still doesn't make up for Saturday's code fail debacle, PapaJ...
Doesn't work in York,PA
no go in Melbourne, FL
NO worky in Casa Grande, AZ
@craigthom: Not sure about first store but apparently he started out of his apartment at UofL, at least thats the rumored legend. I do know he went to high school here in Jeffersonville, IN because everyone who was in shool with him always talks about him being very awkward and pretty much a jerk. Good pizza though imo.
Doesn't work for me in western Maryland either.
@curtisuxor: Good point. I had nothing to indicate it was limited area originally but I will make sure I add such info next time.
@offgridmanpolktn:"PS When putting myself through college I also spent every shift at pizza slut stoned, but I was also the most requested cook at the restaurant. Someday you may realize that the only good in our lives comes from how we choose to live it. :-)"
Highly relevant information in regards to this deal.
Not working in 6 stores I tried in the Columbus, OH area.
