the fact that they don't specify all of the materials is a dead giveaway that you're getting what you pay for, and no more.

cues like these are generally decent for people just learning the game or in need of a temporary beater. they have a tendency to get wonky in one way or another (usually bent) relatively fast. and absolutely don't use them for breaking, either the mid joint or the tip will fail in no time flat. stick with a one piece cue from the house for forceful strokes.
