Tasting Note
When was the last time you tasted a wine whose intensity caused you to pause, and ask, "How did they do this?" My husband and I absolutely fell in love with this wine over the course of our meal. A blend of 60 percent Cabernet Franc, 25 percent Cabernet Sauvignon and 15 percent Merlot, the wine reminds me of some of the great Left Bank reds of Bordeaux. The wine continued to open and develop, so I recommend spending a whole meal with it – this is such a versatile food wine, pairing won’t be a problem.
