This guy is great. He's a true master of the grill! Not sure how good the book truly is (just downloaded it) but I have used other recipes of his, and he is spot on. He has wonderful advice and tips for your grill and smoker cooking, and his series (shown on our PBS station) is so informative and useful! I look forward to trying out the recipes in this book :)
