@simplicityis: The Zune HD is just as good as the iPod Touch. This is coming from someone who owns an HD and an iPhone. My money says you've barely used an HD if at all, so you probably have no clue what you're talking about.
Got both an Ipod Touch and a Zune HD. The Zune KILLS the touch for music and movies. The Ipod has a poop load of apps, but so does my phone. The zunepass also rocks my world. Even though the apple has more music available, I rarely use it because the zunepass covers 95% of the music I want. Oh, and it also works with my xbox 360.
I have an Iphone 4 and a 32gb ZuneHD and when it comes to podcasting, books, music, I stick with my ZuneHD all the way. When it comes to apps, of course my Iphone 4 rules, but nothing beats the ZuneHD. I got rid of my 160gb ipod, because I never used any of it's space and to me the interface was poor, and podcasts were too hard to get into the right order, but with my ZuneHD, all that's gone and I've been a happy owner since it came out.
I love my zune I bought from woot years ago, the 30gb had 1/8 of a layer of acrylic encasing them so they could survive anything, also the zune software is so much more user intuitive and aesthetically pleasing than itunes.
And like the iPhone4, the Zune can't make calls either when you hold it.
yeah I've had one for about 6 months now and it's teh awesome, my only grief is that there still aren't a lot of apps for it
there are homebrew but there aren't a whole lot of them either
This Zune is way better than the Ipod Touch. Especially if you use it for um... music. I have one and use it all day, and people see it and say wow thats cool, so I let them play with it for a while. And they all love it and ask who makes it. I say "um its a Microsoft Zune" and they go "ugh" and hand it back?
@str33tprintz: Apple and their happy little commercials have brainwashed people (like @simplicityis) that paying more for Apple products means it's better.

i also have a iphone and touch and zune hd. the iphone is used for apps and surfing the web and the zune stays in my car for tunes on the go. the touch however is up for sale on ebay lol ZUNE ROCKS!!!!!

Love my Zune as well. PGR: Ferrari Edition game rivals any game that the iPod Touch or iPhone has pushed out. HD radio is money. If you're talking trash about it, you've obviously never used one.

Funny how the people who diss the Zune don't um, actually, OWN a Zune. iPod owners who use it are 100% agreed that it's better than the Apple product.

My sister, who owns an iPod, has already made many offers to "swap", or barring that, filch my Zune. Only downside is that 16 Gigs fills up very quickly once you start putting videos/movies/tv on it.
