@tazfreak294: As the description states the game consoles will be changing throughout the day. You will see PSPs and Wii's come up as well as XBOXs and PS3s.

@tazfreak294: Or the woot! mods can play their crafty little games and change it to the correct picture after you and I had discussed the wrong picture and now we look like fibbers.

For those unfamiliar. It is a FLASH sale. An item is put up for sale till purchased and a new one takes its place. They are PRE-OWNED with the condition grade and missing items listed. Look before purchasing. A Grade 5 is usually quite good. Cowboom is excellent in every way. They even give a 30-day no hassle return policy and they pay for the return.

I must have sneaked in there and gotten one before everyone found out. I can't log back in to their site right now. These are a 5 condition, good, with a few missing items. Most of these usually include everything you need to start up, minus a game of course.

Thanks for the link.

The description keeps changing regarding what's included and what's not...

Just managed to snag a grade 6 one. Missing the remote and nunchuck but those should be cheap enough. Amazing deal!

Looks like the condition that came up for me is 4. How bad is a 4 generally? Also, does that mean they've sold through the 5's or should I just keep refreshing in hope that a 5 comes back.

Keep refreshing, the grade changes almost every time. Also, watch what's included and what's not because that changes with each one too.

@dawnjf: Awesome thank you. The first one was a 4 with no stand. 5 refreshes later I got a 5 with the complete package. Thanks!

Make sure you check because I just ordered a Wii the other day and it didn't come with the sensor bar. :/

Somebody save me from obsessing over reviews and ebay auctions. Is a used WII for $45 a good deal? Anyone a fan of the WII fit? I'm just looking for a way to get off my lard-butt during the cold months so I have the energy to stay off the same less-lardy-butt when the weather turns nice (the wind chill was -20 F yesterday morning!).

I was on cowboom this morning getting ready to order a wii for my kids after theirs kicked the bucket the other day. Left for the day came back and thought to myself I should just check woot real quick. Glad I did. The one I had in the cart was a category 4 with most of the parts but no AC and was $59. The one I just picked up with this flash sale seemed to be 100% complete. Thanks for the heads up.

A new definition of what a 'deal' is, I guess. For the $39.99 Wii I saw offered, it was just the Wii console. JUST the Wii console. No Wiimote, no nunchuck, no sensor bar, no power cable. So you'd need to find all that in addition. I guess it's a good deal for those that new to replace a dead console, but certainly not for those who don't already own a Wii.

@dissonance: 45 bucks is a really good buy. There are also tons of exercise "games" - just gotta find one you enjoy. Most are inexpensive (20$)

Well I can't get back to the Wii deal, even if I use the link at the top of this page, it's all psps or 360s or others. Guess that means it's sold out.

anyone else get theirs and find a hot mess in the box instead of what they paid for? my grade 5 is missing a door, totally covered in dings, massive scuffs, marks, and missing all the rest of the pieces and parts it was supposed to come with.
