I ordered this online yesterday and picked it up the same night for this price (best you will find for a long while). I was debating on the Windows version for about a week, but then thought to go with the PS3 instead; glad I did.

@BoneDoggey: Did you choose NFM delivery (its own trucks for furniture, etc.) or UPS? It will make a difference depending on where you live.

@christopherboyce: I tried both, both = fail. I just called them about it and they don't ship outside their tri-state area. So I guess California isn't able to partake T_T

Though I'm not sure why the NYC guy got his to work... unless the dude I called totally misunderstood me or something...

@BoneDoggey: Yea, they probably don't send their own trucks outside the three or four state area for delivery (typically just furniture, appliances, etc.), but they deliver nationwide like most all other vendors.

Mine got hung up on the calculating shipping and when I started over they were gone for the xbox and the PS3. Bummer!!

I went to buy this game for ps3 online, and right after i entered my cc info and clicked the buy button, some runtime script error popped up. So I called up the company, to find out if my card was charged or not, apparently the dude told me, they wont ship to any state other then Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Iowa, and South Dakota. http://www.nfm.com/cust_delivery.aspx?ID=4 , I asked the guy if he was sure, because I chose ups delivery and he said yep, we only ship to those 5 states. I even told the guy that its a video game not like furniture or anything. And again the guy stated we don't ship to your state(New Jersey). Either, everyone is screwed, or this dude doesn't know what he's talking about. Let me know if anyone gets their games out in nyc.

I found mine in the snow today, so it probably did show up yesterday. A small white box in the snow. Pure luck we found it while shovelling.
