Got mine last week. I'm happy. There were a few 'meh' varieties but overall I'd say (particularly as a PA resident) this was a good deal for the money. I got a few of these, but here's the selections, in no particular order:

Woodstock Brewery (NH)
- Brown Ale
- Loon Golden Ale

Boulder Beer Company (CO)
- Flashback Brown India Ale
- Sweaty Betty Blonde Wheat

Old Dominion Brewery (DE)
- Oak Barrel Stout
- Big Thaw Bock

Geary's Brewery (NH)
- Hampsire Special Ale
- Summer Ale

Pennylvania Brewery (PA)
- Overlook IPA
- Kaiser Pils

Foothills Brewery (NC)
- Cottonwood Endo IPA
- Carolina Blonde Cream Ale

Abita Brewery (LA)
- Restoration Pale Ale
- Purple Haze Raspberry Wheat

Has anyone gotten theirs yet?

I first ordered this on June 21, and was billed the $11.95 discounted rate.
No beer yet, 1 month later.
today they billed me $36.95 and told me they are about to ship my beer. Right now I'm down $49 and still buying Blue Moon at the corner store.

I'm not impressed.

@benyust2: your beers are on the way, I promise.

@monthlys: Changed the default link to this.

I'm still waiting for my 12 beers from about a month ago. They said they would ship at the beginning of July. I suspect they won't send them since I already canceled my subscription even though they charged my card for the one month for $11.99...

You have to make sure the caps lock is on or the code won't work.

@missmonical: I'm surprise you had this experience. I would contact their support and ask for Frank. He will make you happy. I'm sure there was a miscommunication. Send it to frank@monthlys.com - he's been known to take really good care of his customers.

Regarding ship times, the average wait for your first package is 3 weeks. After that, it comes every month at the same time. There is a cutoff each month, so those who order early sometimes wait a little extra. For those who ordered late in June, your packages are on their way. I'm 100% positive on that.

Stupid Pennsylvania blue laws.

I belong to two other beer clubs (a foreign and a micro) and have tried to join this one several times. First club I've seen that doesn't deliver to TN. The shipping permit can't cost that much, and considering the state's horrible beer selection (due to antiquated alcohol laws), beer clubs could do good business here.

Just as a heads up, I ordered this back in June, and was assured it would ship the first week of July. When I called yesterday wondering where it was, they told me it would probably ship next Wednesday (7/24). So, if you don't mind not receiving your order for 6+ weeks, this probably won't bother you...me? I won't be ordering from them again. I'm a sample subsciption addict and have never had to wait 6 weeks for my first shipment...especially when they originally quoted a very different ship date.

Oh, they also do not reply to the "Contact Us" email part of their website -- you must call them.

Edit:
Giving both packs a whirl for one month. I've heard that the "regular" craft beer pack is mediocre, but haven't heard anything about their "artisan" pack. Fingers crossed everything doesn't suck!

Being a beer snob is a sad existence sometimes...

Interesting offer but it sure seems to be over-posted.

I got this offer 2 "offers" ago, and since then it won't let me re-purchase it. I guess that makes sense (for them), but the page just refreshes -- no messaging of any kind. Sort of wish they said "one-time only" or something so we knew what was going on.

That being said, my order shipped 2 days ago, so a review is forthcoming...

I was so excited when I read BeerWoot, but it was only the coupon code.

Woot needs more alcohol related sites.

giving this a try. the $19 for a 12 pack of craft/artisan stuff sounds like a decent deal. hopefully it's not just junk :)
