Yikes, now I'm sorry I upvoted this. Polo shirts regularly $99? Trousers regularly $195?

It's not 50% off if the original prices are ridiculous.

As far as I'm concerned, any amount spent on a polo shirt is money that could've put booze in my mouth. If I'm going to golf, I'll do it as mother nature intended: naked and drunk!

I own some Bobby Jones clothing. Yep, more expensive, but the quality is definitely excellent. Frankly, I got tired of having clothes fall apart after 6 months, so I decided never to cheap out on clothing again. For example, you can buy 3 shirts at old navy, and they will fall apart and be useless. Or you can by a quality shirt, and wear it for years.

Holy crap this stuff's expensive. Not sure this is on sale enough for the woot community...

I agree that quality is a good investment but, some of these clothes are outa' sight! Prices on clubs, though, are very reasonable IMHO. I've long be a fan of Jesse Ortiz' work and you gotta' love the Bobby Jones name.

@tvallie: Not sure what you're doing to have Old Navy-quality shirts fall apart in 6 months. I have some that are many years old.

I have a few sweatshirts that I still wear occasionally that I had in college. And I graduated in 1992.

@tvallie: If your shirts are falling apart after 6 months you may consider investing in a new washer that doesn't eat shirts. Especially since the price of 4 or 5 of these shirts equals the cost of a brand new washer, sheesh.

$25 for a quality golf shirt is actually a pretty good deal. While I haven't tried this brand specifically, the ones I've had in the past are the most comfortable shirts I've ever owned. They stay cool and dry if you spend a day on the golf course or are just a big fat sweaty dude.

ITT: The have not's hatin' on the haves. Go be 99% somewhere else.
