Looks like a decent deal but beware of the .4mm thickness. You will feel this on your phone, especially every time you hit the home button. I put the Spigen GLAS.t NANO on my phone and it's only .15mm. I can tell its there and it took a bit of getting used to. .4mm would be huge.....

Pay the extra and get the thinner one. It's a fantastic protector that is smoother than the glass built into the phone which is excellent for all touch/sliding gestures. Especially continuous input typing.

Once you go to tempered glass, you will never use a traditional screen protector. I have a 0.4mm on my phone- I have no problem with the thickness- the surface feels exactly the same as your phone surface does. The case fits fine, and mine came with an adhesive piece to stick on the home button (if you want to raise it). I like my button submerged a little- it keeps it from turning on as easy when it goes in/out of my pocket. Not hard to put on, if you do it right you should have no issues with dust or bubbles. The thing that is important is that there is an opening where the sensors are- this is key that all the sensors on top are exposed. I used one that had some sensors cut out and others weren't, and the proximity sensor did not work- so i sent that one back. This one here looks like the top cut-out will not cover any of the sensors which is a good thing.

I've never had a screen protector on my GS4 and it still looks flawless (including ~1yr working in construction). Gorilla Glass is a lot stronger than people think. In my opinion it's strong enough that if something is going to break it it's going to be a big enough force that a screen protector is not going to help. In that event you'd be better off with an Otterbox or similar, not a screen protector.

@tekmitch: Yeah- I use to think like you and everything was fine until my wife put my phone into her purse and something put a nice gouge in my gorilla glass screen. I bought these tempered glass things for about $7 on ebay. If I get a gouge in this, I'm out $7 and about 10 minutes of time. Just check out the videos testing the tempered glass screens- they may crack under abuse (like a hammer or a severe drop) but the main screen is still intact. I like it because it's cheap, it feels just like the regular screen, you can't see any difference in your screen with regards to clarity, and I don't have to worry about my wife handling my phone. If the tempered glass protectors did not exist, I would forgo screen protection- because I hate the feel and the clarity issues the other ones cause- but the tempered glass protectors are pretty nice.

@tekmitch: A glass screen protector will actual absorb the impact and crack instead of the gorilla glass. So if you do have an impact it will protect the phone itself, just have to replace the glass screen cover. Definitely cheaper than a new screen.
Gorilla glass is hard stuff but will still get hairline scratches. If this has been in your pocket I bet you can see some scratches if you hold the phone up to where you can see the reflection of a light.
