It looks like the order is still processing if you look at the order status, it's not processed yet so you can't download it yet

@spritle: good call, it says "order submitted" by me. guess i'll check it tomorrow

Nice! Just got my order confirmation. Now if it only works on NVidia it'll be a problem as all the computers in the house have ATI video cards...

Doubtful that they will honor the free orders. I've been emailing the site's tech support and they've been giving me the runaround. First they blamed my browser, firewall, and/or virus scanner. Next they tried to palm me off to the tech support for the SW publisher. Now they appear to have removed my order number so that the tech support e-mail page won't recognize the order and allow me to submit a support complaint.

Too bad they emailed me a copy of the receipt showing that I ordered and was billed appropriately.

I would urge everyone to shun this site and never use them for further commerce. I would also suggest to Woot that they not advertise their wares any longer nor in the future.

@kelshir: I agree, but I looked over the Terms of Sales on their site. They don't have a legal obligation to have accepted the sale until they send a confirmation. Either way, they should clearly say they fracked up and send a denial letter, rather than leaving everyone hanging.

I have a long memory - I won't be doing any business with them again and will continue posting their poor behavior whenever I see their offers again.

i bought this last week...still haven't received a download site or anything...sounds like crap to me

Well, I got a download link after about a week of waiting, then when I tried to download it using a download manager it just stopped cold at 35%. When I went to the site to download it manually, I get a lovely message saying I've attempted to download too many times.
