Waste of everything involved in this. Materials, time to post, bandwidth.
These things are total garbage. If they do anything to your car it will be restrict airflow which is a bad thing.

Most of these have the impeller blades stationary to produce a rotation in the ariflow "to improve vaproization" though with fuel injection near the port this is ineffective. This has a moving impeller so it might produce a nice whistling sould just like that the auto manufacturers have been working to eliminate from turbo setups. I don't think I'd really want additional moving parts in my intake, there's a good risk of debris getting into the engine inlets if something fails.
Again - no fuel saving benefit (other than reducing peak airflow and hence fuel and power on a fully closed-loop system).

the whole idea of these fuel savings add-ons is silly. If you could boost mileage by adding a device like this, the car manufacturers would have already done it in order to easily meet their CAFE requirements.
