For those who don't know this is a crowning achievement in cinema.
I agree, on the short list of movies everyone must see. Movies that come after this make more sense after watching this once.
This is classic.
I own this and it looks fantastic in high definition. Criterion pulled out all the stops to make this look and sound great, and the extras are top-notch. Even if you own their DVD release from a few years ago it's worth the upgrade.
Excellent movie, but the price is a little steep for me. If you're interested in streaming it, I think it's available on Hulu (I can't check from work)
This was the inspiration for "The Magnificent Seven"
