For the uninitiated: DisplayPort is a proprietary format that is NOT HDMI. This monitor, while nice, requires what could wind up being an expensive converter box. Alternatively, I'm sure some HDMI-to-DP adapters exist now, but beware that there are a limited amount of computers that this will work with without investing in extra equipment.

If you can get around that, it looks like a great deal.
