hooping is fun and a great way to exercise! Don't knock it until you've tried it. I'm sure the video is great for people who don't know how to hoop or who would like to learn some basic tricks. I am more interested in the hoop itself. It's almost impossible to find a collapsible hoop at this price (unless you make it yourself). I'm in for one for the hula hoop alone. The video is just an added curiosity/bonus for me
I'm holding myself off from buying it, not that the exercise wouldn't be good, but she is so pleasant to look at.... I could sit and watch her exercise for hours....

This is a joke, right? It's a hula hoop. I can get them at the dollar store for a buck plus tax. You twirl it around you hips, and then twirl. your hips to keep it going. You twirl it around your lower arm for a work out on the arm muscles. You hold it out for your dog to jump through. What a waste.
I've been hooping for about a year and, yes, I am an adult. Hooping is a great workout and it's certainly more fun than staring at someone at someone sweat all over a stair stepping machine while you labor over a stair stepping machine at the gym. A collapsible hoop usually costs more than this by itself and they're hard to make. I'm hoping the DVDs will help me be more consistent in my workouts.
