Hmmm, I don't need to make the next few mortgage payments...

Hmmm... so if I sell my current 40" Samsung and my 2 year old Xbox 360 for maybe $600 (if I'm lucky) then that makes this only $1200.

Anyone know how long this price will be in effect?

Oh, and anyone interested in a 40" LCD Samsung and lightly used Xbox 360? haha.

Doesn't matter how good the deal is. Fact-3D is still in "Sucks" stage. Absolutely zero viewing angle. Check the Cnet reviews it only has like 2 movies to use as reference. I'm sure the tv's great for regular HD programing though. The tv's only 40". Great for a dorm or bedroom. Definitely not a big boy tv. If you NEEd to have 3D get a DLP. You can go 65" for like 1200

@sixdolla: I agree, 3D SUCKS! I'll buy it when I don't have to wear the goofy looking glasses to watch a f*cking movie! :-P

@kevskoolkars: I agree that it definitely still needs work on the movie/tv front, but did you see any of Sony's E3 presentation today? They had so much 3d content, and judging by the audience reactions it was actually really impressive.

Would say it's not the best deal [for the Xbox] considering the new Xbox 360 is being sold as of this week and is the same price.. Better design, integrated HD, integrated N wifi.. :)

Ordered one. I'm going to sell my current dying plasma, and everything in the bundle but the TV. Cheap way to upgrade. Plus I want to play GT5 in 3D.

@kevskoolkars: What you talkin' 'bout? 3D is the shiz, yo! I gots a 52" Samsung 7000 series 3D TV and it's great. We have no problems with the viewing angle. Yeah, we only have 1 native 3D Blu-Ray at present, but that'll change soon. (Nov-Dec several are coming out) If only I could get Dish Network to carry ESPN 3D and Discovery 3D! (they say they're working on it) Laters, gators.

changed my mind. I'm go to resell all of this and my current tv, and buy a 50"+ plasma 3D tv. Probably the Panasonic one that has been getting great reviews. Cheap upgrade from a 1080i plasma that is 5 yrs old!

If you don't care about the Xbox, you can get all of the other stuff + free shipping for $1,655.98. This seems like a better deal to me since Xbox doesn't do 3D yet anyway. They have a promo going on where if you buy any qualifying Samsung TV you get the 3D-BD player and 3D starter kit for free. So all of it for the price of the TV.
