Ok deal, The warm air dryer would be a nice addition, butt.....

Looks like the coupon code works on all models, not just the 300.

Also seems to be working for all the other products too. 20% off across the board

Hmm.. could I use the remote from another room? :)

vote-for5vote-against

The ability to use the remote from another room would make this well worth $200 IMO.

You could save an A$$ load of money on toilet paper if you have a female in the house. Not to mention all the fun with plungers when said paper clogs the the pipes. I wonder if any major retailers have this product on display...appears to be a lot of electronics and mechanisms between the user's backside and the back of the seat.

@maybejet: fyi....Home Depot has the Swash 300 displayed in store and stocked at select locations - mostly in northern California

Will it measure the size of my dood in kuricks?

Will someone PLEASE tell me how to use the three seashells??!!!??!?

Serious question: Anyone know how these compare to the TOTO washlets? Really been wanting something like this since taking a trip to Japan and realizing their superiority. I don't want to spend a whole lot for something that is going to fail or is not made well.

You're not going to save anything in bogroll paper or blockages. You still have to dry your arse and those inconveniently nearby parts off with something. A Roman-style "family sponge" on a stick would seem to be the clear winner here.

@rfsmit: Ahhh....The coupon works for all models, so the super super Swash 1000 with the warm air dry is the way to go. If the seat is padded and swivels a bit, I've found my new office chair!!!!

My wife and I purchased a Swash 800 (older model) on a previous Woot. We have used it for two years now, and I can tell you that if something happened to it we would buy another immediately. As their advertisement says, once you have one of these you will wonder how you ever got by without one. I recommend the electric models (Model 300 and above) because they have the heated seat (it's a beautiful thing) and they cleanse you with warm water. The 100 model squirts cold water on the nethers, which I would think would be an assault to the senses.

And yes, the wireless remote works from an adjacent room, which has been a source of great entertainment.

I've have this for several years, and in the event anything ever happened to it I would rush out and by another as well. These are well made products, and definitely a nice luxury.

So serious question. Are bidets supposed to replace toilet paper for the most part? I just can't imagine that a "water fountain" is going to be able to do the job.

vote-for1vote-against

@wisenekt: Yes they do, for the most part. A quick check wipe is always recommended. The warm air dryer versions dry you enough that you are dry. Costco has a vastly superior model in store for $200

vote-for1vote-against

@wisenekt: It has significantly reduced our consumption of toilet paper. The fountain is fairly powerful and quite effective. Like videowallart, I usually will do a single check wipe/final dry. Our model has the warm air dry, but I am not usually willing to invest the time that would be required for it to completely dry things.

vote-for1vote-against

@videowallart @werowance - I might have something wrong with me then cause I feel like I would need something close to an enema versus some water splashing along the cheeks, unless again I really don't know how these things work.

vote-for1vote-against

@wisenekt: It is not a cheek splashing. Not to get too graphic, but visualize a powerful squirt gun (like one of those Super Soakers) filled with warm water in the hands of a skilled marksman.

vote-for1vote-against

@werowance: Ok, that makes a lot more sense. Appreciate the description, I really couldn't get a description anywhere else I was looking.
