Never had anything shipped but their stores are quite impressive. More things for tea than a person can use in their lifetime.

oh em gee I love dis store.

I spent twenty minutes looking at that site, and couldn't figure out where they were based. Those are some tasty looking loose teas they have. I'd really like to order, but I'm waiting for someone else to volunteer that they've bought from here, first.

Sweet deal. I know for a fact that in the store, salespeople work on commission. I suppose you are saving some cash by cutting out the middle man.

True embarrassing story: I had a sample of one of their teas which regulates digestion, and had to leave the mall earlier than planned because I had massive stomach cramps followed by the most glorious constitutional of my life.

Yup! Buy from their store locally all the time. Bit costly, but amazing flavors! Jasmine Tropica Tea Blend has become our favorite. Add few crystals of German rock sugar to remove any hardness from the tea, also available on their site.

Every time I go in there I spend WAY to much money! Thanks for the coupons!

I actually used the free spoon coupon the other day. It's AMAZING how fast it gets shipped to you though. Awesome store, I love there tea so much.

In for some tea tins, some tea, the free spoon, and I don't even know what else yet. There's too much awesome to choose from!

@buckethead25: I seem to be unable to use both of those coupon codes in one order. I wonder if they only allow one coupon code at a time. If I have to choose, I'll take the $10 off.

Stuff's not cheap, but you get what you pay for with them. The stainless steel tumbler is magic. NOTHING will keep a drink hot this long. It's amazing. Great tea, quality products. Glad to see they have stayed in biz!

@shrdlu: I order stuff from Teavana regularly! They have several stores in the Seattle area, but not particularly close to me so I find it easier to buy online. Tea comes in sealed bags, taste just as good as the stuff in store.

Makes my mornings much more pleasant than the icky free coffee at work. I recommend the Chai/Chai blend, sweet/spicy/delcious. It looks expensive, but its actually for 4oz where most prices are for 2oz. Aka, lasts about 3 weeks for me.

@hcolbert I have one of their tumblers too and it is amazing, keeps tea (or whatever) hot or cold for 6 or 7 hours with the top on and 4 or 5 with it off.

@meh3884: Thank you so very much for your reply. It's been a bit frustrating to see comments from people I don't really know, saying they buy from this place, and no one answering the big question, which was "Where the heck is this store?" Now I can come back, later, when I don't have a crazy busy day like today, and order some of that delicious looking black tea (and they had so very many to choose from).

Thanks again. I give you 100 Internets in gratitude.

@shrdlu: I assumed you were asking where they were based, i.e. a corporate location, which I do not know. As far as where the store is: it's in malls all over the U.S. The only one I think I've been to is the Milwaukee location, but there are others in Wisconsin, there are some in Florida, and I'm sure many other locations.
