This was already posted on here a few months ago, but I just noticed it's still active and it's really a great deal. Wired is one of the only magazines I actually enjoy.

I just picked up 3 years for $14.97

I'm sure you could do 1 or 2 years too, but I don't see the point in that.

I had this for a year. Is it me, am I getting OLD, or is the typeface they use hard to read?

Just ordered it, thanks for the deal.

I've never bought a magazine subscription online before, but this line (in the email confirming your order) kind of put me off: "You will receive the first issue of your magazine in 12-14 weeks." ..... 3+ months before my first issue? Is that standard?

Edit: I just noticed it does mention on the product page, after clicking a link for a "more info" type box, to "Please allow 8 - 14 weeks to get your shipment out the door."

Not only are the fonts too small, they try to be fancy and sometimes print it on a shaded page.

They think everyone is reading under a bright task lite.

I really got to like the magazine, it's just loaded with lots of good stories and information.

It took awhile before I got used to the snobby attitude though.

I subscribe now, and I'm pretty sure you can also get a tablet edition as well as print.

If you get/use coke rewards points you can get a year subscription for a few points i think a few bottles/cans worth of coke. My uncle owns a restaurant so i basically get tons of points. I've been getting it free for years now.

I just started a subscription to this great mag again...

About every 5 years or so I try it out with about 15 years ago being the first try. Back then it really was impossible to read. Black ink on top of photos was the norm making it really useless/and a pity really as I am sure there was some great info back then as there is now.

Either I have gotten use to it all or they have mellowed!

If they did send you 2, you can just call Wired CS and have them merge the orders and they will probably comp you a free issue.

I've had to do this with a different magazine, but usually they should just merge the order to begin with.
