I want this.. Price is not bad at all.. I just never wear a suit. I don't need it. What a shame.. I look phenomenal in a suit.

I've been losing weight for a few months, but now the only issue is that I want this, but I fear if I get my measurements, I will be discouraged by the lack of size lost.

Forget the suit. I'll just take the guy. Delivered, right?

Just for general knowledge, I bought one of this line of suits from Overstock a while back when they had a sale. The suit is nicer than it has business being at $100, but substantially less quality than the Joseph A Bank signature line, which you can often get for 230-300. Clearly a big price swing, but just looking to give a practical feel for it.

That said, I had to send it back. Glad I didn't order it sized. The slim fit was too slim. Now I'm not exactly slim, but I'm also not big. I ordered 44L which is my norm, and it could have stood to probably be a 46L or maybe even a 48L that needed sizing down a bit. Overall I'd get it for anything other than a REAL hardcore dress to impress spot, but probably order a size or two up, unless you're particularly slim, verging on lanky.

I love Kenneth Cole clothing. I have no problem with their fit, but I would suggest if your waist is larger than, say, 32", the slim fit is not for you. That's not a criticism of anyone, just trying to be helpful. :-)

I will also underline the fact this is a slim-fit cut. These comments are spot on. If you're even an average weight/cut, this suit is not for you. As someone who's been down this path before, take my advice.

Keep in mind this is Polyester/Rayon, not wool

@fuzi719: Remember that Kenneth Cole and Kenneth Cole Reaction are not the same quality.

Personally I always suggest to people that if they don't wear suits often and want/need just one go ahead and spend more for a higher quality suit, even if it's the Jos A Banks mid range. In the long run it's worth it.

Just a few heads-ups:

1. This is a poly/rayon suit. It's not going to breathe very well, and it won't hang as well as wool either.

2. Black suits are generally resigned to funeral attire. You'll look out of place in them. Please don't wear this to a job interview. Charcoal grey is as dark as you want to go.

If you're looking to dress up as the reservior dogs for halloween or something, and you can't find a good suit at a thrift store, this is a good choice. For day-to-day stuff and your first suit? Not worth it.

Was a community deal a couple days ago: http://deals.woot.com/deals/details/20f0c6d7-b9ab-40c0-9041-f4b031a888b1/kenneth-cole-reaction-suit-slim-fit#2

They had a very limited selection at the Macy's near me (were actually in different colors), but they did have a pretty good selection of other Kenneth Cole Reaction suits (for $169 I think) that I used to figure out what size to order. Normally I'm a 39L but went with a 42L to get the pants to fit both in the waist and the seat (I need a 34 waist). I think what I ended up doing was negate the slim fit tailoring. Figured with free shipping and the option to return to the store the risk was pretty low if I changed my mind.

If you are ordering two you can use coupon code XJW562A992 to save $10 on orders $75 or more (worked for me yesterday). If you are just buying 1 suit the discount brings the price below the $99 minimum for free shipping so you really need to buy something else (or 2 suits) to take advantage of the coupon code.

Can you get it tailored (pants hemmed, etc.) in-store?

I just went to Marcy's yesterday to pick one up. I was surprised once i bought the suit and needed to get it taken in a bit here and there it cost me another $100!!! When I have bought suits in the past the minor work was always included. I will not be returning to Marcy's anytime soon

@pflats: depends on your built and on how well you carry a suit. That model is wearing the black suit, and he doesnt look like he's going to a funeral to me.

If you are a 38R, they just ran out...
