Have two of these, one each in my daughters' rooms. They work really well. This is a great price.

@jds4life: Are these as quiet as they say they are? Thanks...

@digger01: Yes they are. My parents have one in the bedroom and they love it. Often they forget to turn it off in the morning because they can't hear it.

Great Deal! In for 3! I have another model, without the clock (paid $90). Longest lasting humidifier I've had. Just clean out the mineral deposits once in a while with vinegar.

In for 2, not letting me use the discount however :(

We have a different model from Guardian purchased from Costco.
Hints: From the medium setting find the correct one to avoid excessive droplets from soaking surroundings. Use a plastic place mat to protect the furniture you place it on.
The only thing I would ask that they change is to add a fill cap to the top. I would recommend this product to a friend.

@digger01: I believe so, yes. In my 4 year old's room she has a fish aquarium and in my 1 year old's room we always have rain sounds while she sleeps, so we can't hear it over these noises. But I believe it isn't noticeable even when those ambient sounds are not on.

@nomadxxi: They must have changed it, my order appears to have gone through fine...I was surprised that it worked to begin with, so it's not too surprising that they blocked it.

I have had 3 of these (previous versions) one new from Costco for 100$ and two from Woot (Refurbs for 50 each). All but one have crapped out on me, I cleaned regularly - at least once a week, and followed the instructions. I have fairly mineral rich water which I am sure assisted in the demise of the units. I just thought everyone should not it is not all puppies and icecream with these units. I would have felt better if I purchased for 30 a shot that is for sure.

Bought one of these couple of years ago. Still works very nicely. I use only filtered water and it stays very clean. It runs circles around my girlfriend's $150 Air-0-Swiss(mainly because it just stopped working after a year).

Thanks for all the discussion. I bit the bullet; if it's as good as most folks indicate, I may breathe a bit easier this winter.

Hopefully this will help with my skin dryness...

For a price like this and 3.5 Amazon stars, I have nothing to lose.

In for 1.
