look, I know it's not christmas yet. if they had a movie call 'a thanksgiving story', i would have posted it. but they don't. so i didn't. what you're left with is a classic and hilarious tale of a boy on a quest to get a red ryder BB gun. eat some turkey while watching it if it makes you feel better.

this is my favorite christmas movie of all time. i watch it 4 or 5 times every year when they play the marathon on tbs, or whatever channel its on.
