Just got mine. The web interface has a problem that won't let you change the configuration if you try to set it up as a repeater using the manual's instructions. Not such a deal after all.

@ryantg: I may have found the problem. It's just a rebranded Tenda A5 and most likely still can't handle passwords over 8 characters. I'm not willing to sacrifice that much of my security for so little convenience.

@ryantg: Verified the 8 character limit. Requested an RMA because I consider an 8 character password limit to be a manufacturing defect. If they won't take it back, I'll give it to Goodwill as a tax write-off. I couldn't in good faith give this thing to anyone I might have to face later.
