Ok @okham, what do you think about this brand of ham?

Nice find @Gmwhit!!! I gotta tell ya, I laughed out loud when I saw this one. Thanks for the free chuckle!

Edit: Also, I'm wondering how long it will take you to eat 10 cans of ham?

@mommyleah: Depends on how much I'm craving ham. Already have a bunch in the pantry...they do seem to have a long shelf life. Ham in chicken noodle soup might help your flu. I know, it's rather unorthadox, but it might be yummy. Esp. w/cornbread. ;-)

Do you think it's Porky or Miss Piggy... those are the only celebrity pigs I could think of off the top of my head... :P

100% of all celebrity ham is created by Brian Blessed. He's got more than enough for everyone.

Arnold Ziffer
Good addition to the armagedon pantry.

@bellavampyre, How 'bout Henny Youngman? He was a ham. But he was Jewish. So....Are the hams kosher?

@accumulationstation: ...that's one of the biggest dilemmas for my people: Pork on Sale.

@mommyleah: I personally prefer the Finnish version of the celebrity ham, but the Danish hamlet will do in a pinch.

Great item to keep in the pantry to pull together a quick meal or chuck into gift basket or donation box!

@rlindyb: Arnold Ziffer FTW!!

Is it sad that I thought of Kenan and Kel when I saw this deal?

I have now purchased ten and the price was an even twenty-five dollars with free delivery. There was no registration required and they accept PayPal.

I don't have any experience with this particular tinned ham; however, I've had DAK ham, which is also made in Denmark, and it's very good, considering what it is. If this is anything like it, then you may expect a chunkier, meatier product than that abomination known as SPAM. I like it with potatoes and eggs; but even if you're not a regular consumer, it's good to have on hand or to take traveling and camping.

Price back up to $4.79 each. If you wanted them, hope you got them on sale!

So, they just arrived and I regret not buying more. Very meaty, good flavor, and not overly salty.
