Check your local Target. Saw the PS3 and Xbox versions on clearance late last week.

I've played the game, and it's worth $20 just to explore 1940s LA. No replay value what so ever though.

@tcanning: I can vouch for these being on clearance at Targets in my area. Reason being the "Complete Edition" with all the DLC has been released. Target clearances are YMMV though.
