(I just did this and it might give you a "server busy" just try and reload the page. I got the coupon in my email in about a min.)
I was just posting this. Got 2 of them. +1
This looks awesome - do you have to be part of the "Pro" program to use it?
Invalid activation code :(
tells me invalid code
Invalid Validation Code
I got invalid code too
Same stuff...they're done giving out free money.
Still works! Try adding a space after the code!
Putting a space after the coupon code works. You need to opt-in to their email offers to receive the coupon.
Clearly, this is intended for contractors and not regular customers (given it asks what home building profession you are part of) so, keep that in mind if you care.
edit: Actually, the website seemed to work but I am yet to receive anything in my email inbox.
Thank you!! Not BS at all....
This took a while - patience necessary. Had to keep trying, then register a 'trade.' I used other. I DID get the coupon. This is a fantastic deal!
BTW: I did add a space after the activation code as @birdslikeleaves suggested. Thank you, too!
Additional note: I intend to go to Home Depot w/my 'contractor' (aka handyman) to use this coupon.
IT WORKS, add space after code.
had no problem getting it to send me the email, however when i click the link for the coupon it says the page is no longer active.
@moosezilla: the deal is dead now
Seems the coupon server is down...
I tried this. After adding the space, I was able to sign up. When I got the email, I clicked on the place where it says to get the coupon, and I got a page that says, "The page you have requested is unavailable". If anyone knows how to get past this, I'd appreciate hearing about it.
Worked great. Took about 15 minutes for coupon to appear in my inbox. Used the space after the code as suggested
Got the email, but when I clicked the link for the coupon I got this:
The page you have requested is unavailable!
Please try your link again. The content for this link may no longer be available.
Added the space at the end, worked after a couple tried. Waiting on the email. Fingers crossed. :D
Got the email, clicked the link, and yea! no coupon.
Dead. 10pm PST
"content for this link no longer available"
Just worked for me!! 1:00am Eastern
Tombstone it...it's dead.
Just like others...got the e-mail but the link is no good.
Ha! Now the server is too busy for me to unsubscribe.
nice.
Just got one - 1:20 EST. Inserted a space after the code.
i just went to home depot and stores aren't accepting these coupons anymore. the reason they gave me was individuals are creating multiple emails to obtain multiple coupons
Did the space, entered my email (gmail account) didn't get an email. Tried again with yahoo account got email, but link sent on email is dead.
Just did it. Added a space after the code as suggested. Works fine.
Dead. Finally got the email after dodging many "server busy" errors, only to find out the page is "no longer available." :P
@sdkammer: Yes same issue here 5 trys later getting out
I called Home Depot and they said they have gotten hundreds of calls on this. This is not a coupon they are offering - it is actually coming from dealnews.com. If you google 50 off 100 coupon, it will be the first one up - and it links you to dealnews.com. From there he directed me to report problem and put in comments that their link is bad with an email to send the corrected link to. I'm hoping this works. Cheers!
Yeah, me too. :(
The page you have requested is unavailable!
If you google the code "0029AF06X" you'll get almost every website that does coupons(fat wallet, dealnews, retailmenot), let's just call it dead and wish good luck to the ones that were able to print one, they might have a hard time getting HD to accept them.
got the email, but the link is dead. woot effect....
you have to add the space after the code if you get an invalid code message
I'd be curious to hear if someone actually gets to use this at the store.
used the space after the code like everyone has been saying before and it worked; however, after receiving the email shortly I came to discover that the $50 coupon link in the email is no longer available.
