do they have the new Penn state ones with the pedo-bear logo?

vote-for-10vote-against

Perhaps I'm just too lazy, but clicking the link didn't take me to a "buy 2 fleeces for $40" page. I clicked around a little bit, but still didn't find anything.

Everything I saw was "2 for $50" or more... Is there supposed to be a price update on their site?

Any ideas?

vote-for-7vote-against

Texas Tech listed as 2 for 50 and it already applies a coupon code...not working

vote-for22vote-against

@capguncowboy: Yes, as stated above, you need the coupon code to take an additional $20 off.

Coupon: WOOTNCAA

vote-for-9vote-against

Morganss stupid comment doesn't really help.....Capguncowboy, once you add the items and go through the whole order process, when you enter you info, there will be a spot on the right to enter the code. It will bring the price down then.

vote-for2vote-against

Since I just ordered I thought I'd clarify that it is the 2 for $50 sweatshirts minus the $20 off coupon plus $9.98 shipping. I thought I would be paying $40 plus the $10 shipping until I went to checkout and found out its $30 plus $9.98 shipping

vote-for13vote-against

@capguncowboy: The sweatshirts are $40 each. The site has a promotion 2 for $50. If you apply the coupon code you get an additional $20 off making them 2 for $30 (+ ~$10 shipping) as stated:

Subtotal: $80.00
Tax: $2.80
Shipping: $9.98
Promotion Discount: -$30.00
Coupon: -$20.00
- 2012 NCAA Fleece Pro
Total $42.78

vote-for0vote-against

@capguncowboy: deal worked for 2 for $50 fleece for me, must be a mistype.

vote-for6vote-against

@capguncowboy: To make a point, it says $30 + Shipping, not + "Free" Shipping. Not really a Math Fail Depending on how you read it.....Shipping is $9.98 for (2) items so pretty much 2 for $30 + $9.98 Shipping.

vote-for3vote-against

You have to go a LONG way til you get to the coupon code part, so look carefully.

Was basically 2 for $44 for me with tax and shipping. Still a good deal.

vote-for11vote-against

@jabo77: the original post states "Works on all fleeces and hoodies priced 2 for $40". The only price I see for a combo sale is "2 for $50".

My point was that there aren't any items priced as that in the store.

Admittedly, I didn't go through the check out process, but the end price is $30. Woot probably needs to correct the listing to say "works on all fleeces and hoodies priced 2 for $50" or Finishline needs to correct the price to reflect the sale. I'm not sure which one has it wrong, but that's where the confusion came from. I promise I'm quite capable of doing simple math.

EDIT: @thefenst: What say ye?

vote-for11vote-against

If you want to use this, and your trying to do it with Paypal, first check out as guess, and you will end up at a page to apply code. If you try to check out with Paypal right from the get go, it won't give you option to apply code.

Two Christmas gifts...done!

vote-for2vote-against

@leighmcd: lol I said same thing, My family is BSU fans, debating getting some Illini shirts for family back east.

vote-for4vote-against

Use pickup at store i bought two for 32.00

vote-for2vote-against

Just woke up and there's already like 20 comments. Do you guys stay up late for these deals, or are you in Europe or something? . . . because it's like 4:45am over here.

vote-for4vote-against

For the record, you can't buy more than 2 with the discount code. The coupon code will only apply to the first 2 in your cart, no additional ones

vote-for2vote-against

@isnus: Worked exactly that way for me too.

I ordered two, and good for Finish Line-they have a guest check out option.

Normally I won't buy from a retailer I go to once in a blue moon, but with this, I am in for 2.

Nice job FL.

vote-for2vote-against

Didn't think this is still active but it is. If you are paying with paypal, make sure to skip the first spot where it asks to pay with paypal and use the secure checkout option instead. The next page will ask for your name and shipping info. The page after that will the have a spot on the right for the coupon code. Turned out to be $42 after shipping and tax. Tax will vary depending on which state you live in.

vote-for2vote-against

@baumer23: I didn't see an option to pickup in store--anybody else see that? Wouldn't mind saving another $10.

vote-for1vote-against

It will say 2 for $50 until you enter the WOOTNCAA code in during checkout, then it will drop the price to $30 total. I'd suggest entering in your local store, you can pick it up and save the $10+ shipping.

vote-for2vote-against

@isnus: Your first post is correct. I clarified the details. This promotion works on all fleeces and hoodies marked "2 for $50." The coupon brings it down to $30 + shipping.

vote-for3vote-against

Oh, what the hell? They have every Ivy League school except Brown.

vote-for7vote-against

Followed the instructions and it worked. They're also missing Devry, and University of Phoenix...

vote-for2vote-against

I have ordered these in the past. Rule of thumb is to order 1 size larger than you normally wear as they run small.

vote-for1vote-against

@mfinken: Unfortunately, what I am trying to order show as "Not Available" in any of the stores near me. Thanks for the comment though. Maybe someone will be able to take advantage of it.

vote-for3vote-against

In for 2. Used ship to store option for free shipping. $32.10 with tax for me. You need to set your 'favorite' stores for the store pickup option to show up. Just pick the closest store(s) to you and it will say available or unavailable for pickup.

vote-for1vote-against

Yet another retailer that won't ship to APO. Why must you suck like that, Finish Line?

vote-for1vote-against

They've had this deal the past 2 years. Last year, I bought 2. They are decent quality. They aren't that smooth material like Under Armour but they aren't cheap crap. They are perfect for wearing to the game or outside to do some work in the cold.

vote-for2vote-against

Anyone notice PENN STATE as the school chosen to represent the KIDS section?

Are you kidding me, Finish Line??

vote-for1vote-against

@jabo77: what are you talking about? get your facts straight

vote-for1vote-against

Last time they sent me a youth size I think (though it just said L on the tag). I couldn't even get it on, and it barely fits my girlfriend. I got XL this time (I usually take a medium) and keeping my fingers crossed.

vote-for1vote-against

Should also mention I noticed that the "winners circle" credits for 2 hoodies is 60 points...if you're ordering more than 4 hoodies you can join up for $20 credit (according to their site if you hit 200 WC credits you get a $20 store credit).

vote-for1vote-against

If they have the 2 for $50 deal in-store, the coupon code only saves you about $10 after shipping. I bought a pair of hoodies in-store last year with the 2 for $50. The embroidery work on the designs are really hit-or-miss. Even after looking through several of them, I got home and noticed a badly misaligned border and had to exchange one of them.

If you are getting these as gifts, it might be worth the extra $10 to hand-pick them at the store.

vote-for1vote-against

If I wanted to buy, say, 6 of these, would I have to make 3 separate purchases, or can I make one purchase of 6 hoodies, and itll apply the deal to each set of 2..? Anyone know?

vote-for9vote-against

@kamikazeken: They have the real Penn State ones, where you don't judge an entire institution for the actions of a pedophilic freak and a couple men who tried to play God.

vote-for1vote-against

I just placed two orders and used the code it worked beautifully! You have to keep going until you get to the shipping information I believe, then on the right hand side of your screen you will see a place to put the WOOTNCAA code. Key it in and hit apply. I had to call to get this information. Four hoodies for 15 bucks a pop works for me all day long!

vote-for1vote-against

@eapoe: Are you kidding me? There's plenty of other Penn State teams that had nothing to do with the Sandusky scandal.

vote-for4vote-against

Accidentally submitted the order without putting in the coupon code. Called up customer support and they said they'd refund me the difference. Really nice to see customer support actually help for a change.

vote-for1vote-against

@turc: Seriously? Wow...I hope you don't work in marketing.

There's over 300 schools to choose from, why on earth would you pick the ONE school associated with molesting kids as the school to represent the Kid's section of your store?

I'm not saying ban the school or their items, just saying watch the product placement. I seriously think the marketing person at Finish Line did it on purpose as some kind of sick joke.

vote-for3vote-against

@thegooseisblue: If you search for and select a "favorite" local store, it will show up as an option at Checkout. (I had the same question!)

vote-for2vote-against

Using in-store pickup, in for two for $32.10 (no shipping to store, FL sales tax: $2.10). Not a bad deal at all!

vote-for3vote-against

@eapoe: No, I don't work in marketing.

However, I would like to point out that besides those indicted in the Sandusky scandal, Penn State is still a gigantic contributor for children's programs. It also has the largest student run philanthropy in the world, raising over 10 million dollars for pediatric cancer victims and research.

Please, stop thinking that Penn State is some kind of sick place.

vote-for1vote-against

@turc: Yes that is true, but I agree with eapoe on this one. Why go there fresh off of that scandal?

vote-for2vote-against

@jikkme: You both bring up good points, and I apologize to you, @eapoe and every other Wooter for being up in arms about this. I just don't want people to think badly about Penn State in it's entirety just because of a handful of bad people.

vote-for3vote-against

these hoodies for the most part are pretty nice for the price (as long as you are getting them at a discount, like this deal). I've seen this deal pop up for the last 3 years, and although the selection of schools is quite large, I still see some large ones not represented. My main disappointment however is that there used to be a larger variety of a bit more "crazy" styles on the front. They have mostly been replaced by your standard "SCHOOL NAME" in large caps across the front. I miss the ones with the large logos, like Wofford and Richmond still have. Got a nice Georgia Tech one last year with a big ole yellow jacket on it. They used to have a nice Rutgers one with a big Red "R". Still see a few, wisconsin, BU, but not as much as there were in previous years.

Oh yeah, and they run waaay small.

vote-for0vote-against

Pretty significant handful of bad people covering things up to cover their own asses. I know how much Penn State alums love their school (and their coach) but you can't stand by that.

vote-for2vote-against

@centricity: I paid $10 not to drive anywhere in Miami to pick it up. DEAL!
